“Whether you’re struggling with family mealtimes or fuelling yourself for your next race, you’re in the right place!”
When we’re not supporting our clients, you can find us doing things we love to do: running, hiking, reading, spending time with our families and of course, prepping and enjoying delicious food!
We polled our team and this is what they said ….
We are honoured to develop relationships with our clients that are based on mutual respect, trust, and a renewed appreciation for food. These relationships, and how we operate our business, are based on four core principles:
Trust, respect, kindness and integrity.
With you, other health care providers and industry experts.
For our bodies, all food and every human being.
We aim to leave the world a better place and donate 1% of our total sales back to our community.
Friendly, down-to-earth, kind and compassionate dietitians ready to help you.

We recognize that we live and work as uninvited settlers on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples which are also the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (treaty 3) and are covered by the Between the Lakes Purchase of 1792 and the Dish with the One Spoon wampum belt covenant. As we learn more about our national history of colonization, genocide, imperialism and ongoing traumas that have occurred on these lands against Indigenous people and people of colour, we recognize we have a responsibility to address colonialism beyond this acknowledgement.
In our process of learning and reconciliation, Blueprint is providing financial contributions to Water First which helps to address water challenges in Indigenous communities in Canada through education, training and collaboration.

In cultivating a safe space for curiosity and compassion, I help parents let go of shame and guilt around their current feeding struggles with their child and help them re-establish trust in the feeding relationship. My goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to raise healthy kids that have a good relationship with food and their bodies. I wholeheartedly believe that HOW we feed kids matters as much as, if not more, than WHAT we feed them. This is something that I’ve seen firsthand while feeding my own two children! I use a wide range of evidence-based approaches to support families struggling with picky eating, feeding disorders, growth concerns, and neurodiversities.

Cara has trained high-performing athletes that have performed (and placed) on the world stage AND a Canadian NHL player… Cara has also run 12 marathons herself, all across North America!
Cara and her team would love to help you reach new personal bests and understand how to give your body what it needs to perform at a higher level. Please contact Cara via the button below.
I first developed an interest in nutrition as a high school runner and grew passionate about how whole foods can best nourish and fuel the body for sport and performance. This interest propelled me into my career as a dietitian.
As a marathon runner myself, I understand the unique needs, demands, and challenges of endurance athletes. Eating as an athlete means understanding how to fuel your body for what it needs, listening to and respecting what your body is telling you, truly enjoying delicious and nourishing food, and most of all, appreciating all that your body does for you!
I am committed to helping my clients find an individualized and sustainable approach that fuels them for their pursuits in their sport and life.

Heather joined the sourdough craze of pandemic living and can now be found making a loaf each week for her family to enjoy.
Please contact Heather via the button below.
Heather is the missing piece to the puzzle that families LOVE to find when navigating challenging situations for their child related to their digestive health and nutrition. With more than 18 years of clinical experience working in a pediatric gastroenterology clinic at McMaster Children’s Hospital, Heather brings knowledge and experience to any family dealing with complicated digestive symptoms. Most importantly, she prioritizes helping families preserve a healthy relationship with food for their kids while finding a solution to their digestive symptoms. She accomplishes this by focusing on an “add-in” approach to food whenever possible.
